Tournament organizers (TOs) can limit registration by location* within the Registration Settings tab in the Settings of a tournament page.
TOs can currently limit registration by:
Country (can select multiple countries)
State (only available for the United States, Canada, and Australia)
How to enable this setting:
Go to the Settings tab on your tournament page.
Go to the Registration Settings tab
Scroll down to the Attendee Details section.
Select the Location Information that you will collect during registration
Select the Limit by location checkbox
Set the restrictions as desired and click Save
How do I select multiple countries?
Select the Limit by location checkbox
Select Restrict by Country in the first dropdown
In the second drop down, you can search for and select multiple countries
Click Save
How do I select multiple states for more than one country?
Select the Limit by location checkbox
Select Restrict by state in the first dropdown
In the second drop down, select all of the states you wish to restrict by
Click Save
* Note: Blocking registration by location is based on the information provided by the user during registration, and is not dictated by the location settings on their account. However, we will pre-fill that information based on their locations settings.
