We understand that sometimes things come up that make it so you're no longer able to attend a tournament you've registered for. If you ever find yourself in that situation, follow the steps below to remove yourself, or get in touch with a tournament organizer who can remove you!

On the tournament home page, click on either the blue Manage button in the upper right corner, or the Manage Registration tab on the left hand side of the page.

Under the Pass Type section, click on the blue Change Pass Type button. Un-check the box next to the event you want to remove yourself from, check the boxes next to the agreements, then click Complete Registration!

As a note, some tournaments require you to enter at least one event, even if there's only one event happening. If you see a message that says "You must register for at least one event" when attempting to remove yourself, please contact the tournament organizers using the steps in the section below.

If you paid to enter a tournament, you unfortunately won't be able to remove yourself. You'll need to get in touch with the tournament organizers in order to be removed and receive a refund. You can find their contact info on the tournament's home page in two places:

The first is at the top of the page, by clicking the blue Contact Info button.

The second is towards the bottom of the tournament page, in the Contact Info box.
